“I was looking for someone who braids cornrows into updos, searched online and found Natural Hair Serenity. She has braided my hair into cornrows twice and both times she was wonderful. She braids expertly and efficiently and does not pull or make the braids too tight while doing it. I was confident in her skill set, so I asked for micro braids and she did not disappoint. Her braids are flawless. She is professional. Her establishment looks sunny and bright, well-maintained, clean, and motivational. I would highly recommend her.

She checks in with you, several times during your experience to make sure that the air temperature is comfortable, that the water temperature is comfortable, that you have something to drink. “Elizabeth Rogers at Vertu does my hair and has been for about three years. She does exactly what I ask for. She will give her professional advice. She's great with my very long baby fine natural blonde hair. She helps me keep it healthy and shiny. Once or twice a year when I want to brighten up the roots ( because I always wear a hat to keep the sun off my face) Elizabeth makes the highlights blend in so naturally that when my hair grows out even several months later it's not a problem. I can usually make an appointment within two weeks. She's also good to style for special events.“
