I highly recommend Stefan Sinn to oversee all real estate transactions. He is extremely knowledgeable and will think of things you would have never thought to ask. He saw items in paperwork I would have not seen. I would not enter into any documents without having Stefan review them first. Even if you foolishly have entered into a contract call him right away to review all documents, and do not sign anything further without his review first!!!Stefan elevates all your stress. I used them for real estate closing on my commercial property. Very fast, thorough and trouble free experience. Would definitely use them in the future. They treat you like family! Or maybe even better!
