I found myself unemployed, without benefits and in need of healthcare. I scheduled an appointment at the South Congress location. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I can honestly say that I am thoroughly impressed with FoundCare. From the greeter at the door to the efficient front desk, the nurse who assisted me, Dr. Belloso who is phenomenal, the pharmacy who quickly disbursed my medication and last but certainly not least, the phlebotomist in the lab- amazing experience. Dr. Belloso took time to actually listen and go over many of my needs and concerns. She is very knowledgeable. Everyone demonstrated empathy and professionalism. Smiles all around which makes a big difference. It is great to have the pharmacy right there and get the medication you need in minutes. I needed bloodwork, which is usually very difficult for me, but the phlebotomist put me at ease. I couldn’t believe how she quickly and masterfully obtained multiple vials with me barely feeling it. The nurse even remembered me from my prior visit and followed up with me. They offer multiple services and I would recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you for a positive experience!
