Humerous, kind and an absolute perfectionists is how I would describe Dr G and his team.Two weeks ago I had implants along with bone and tissue grafting. This was all done in the one sitting for a 3 hour surgery and I can honestly say it was a breeze, even with me opting to stay awake the whole time. Next to no pain or discomfort and within 2 days my appearance was completely normal.The office is absolutely beautiful with such a calming feeling and incredible views overlooking palm beach. There is a reason why Florida institute of periodontics has over 200 five star reviews!Long story short… I was referred to Dr. Gutierrez after I had an implant fail by my local dentist in West Palm.Upon first arrival to the office I was greeted by the super friendly staff. The office was immaculate and Dr. G listened to everything I had been through with the previous failed implant. I was traumatized by the previous implant and had been through multiple infections and surgeries that never worked. I knew after speaking to Dr. G he would make it right. From the moment I walked in the office of Florida Institute for periodontics I was received with the highest level of care, professionalism. Jennifer at the front desk and Tiera were very nice and very efficient and welcoming. Connie the office manager is very attentive and received me with a very warm Hugh and caring that set a different tone to the whole experience. The assistance Wendy and Audrey are very good. They offered me an excellent chair site manners, they calm me and relaxed me. And Dr Gutierrez is the best Periodontist, God blessed him I am extremely happy with the results.
