I am so grateful for this establishment. Long story short a person dear to me wanted to surprise me with a custom made outfit but I had no clue what my measurements were. After being given the run around by other seamstresses, I found this location on google this afternoon. They were kind enough to do my measurements complimentary. It was almost closing time at that. I will definitely be bringing some of my clothing here. Customer service matters.

I have gone in several times with alteration requests and Ms. Kim has always done an amazing job. I love working with her and she is the only seamstress I use in the West Palm Beach area.

i have never had a bad experience here and am surprised at negative reviews given Ms Kim’s considerable skill and expertise. she can remake dresses i buy in vintage stores and does so with care and respect for the garments. she will also do rush jobs very quickly. i trust her implicitly. she fixed one of my monique lhiuller dresses i wore at my wedding. like it was already tailored by someone else and she made it look much better by bringing the whole dress up. I think the pricing is fair for the work she does. in response to some of the reviews about her personality i think she is completely pleasant and have never had an issue with this.
