Excellent service! Thanos was prompt, professional and left my place spotless. He also took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. And they were able to do the job for MUCH less than another had quoted me. 10/10 experience!
Can't say enough about how happy we are with this company. Had an emergency toilet issue. DiMartino was extremely professional and came out within hours to fix the problem. Will be using them again, if needed in the future.
Unfortunately this is a mixed review, I have relied on DiMartino in the past to come in and repair 2 renovation projects that went badly, so please note that this company is under new owners and reliability has changed. I had come to expect prompt arrival, thoroughly tested work, and very clear (fair) pricing-- my last experience proved all of this is not consistent.
Appointments were missed and tardy. I had to call at the end of appointment windows to see where they were (twice). One time they had to cancel stating "something came up". Pricing was discussed prior, low end scopes were charged at the highest scope by the end of the job. I take full responsibility...read full review
