I was beyond impressed with this business experience from start to finish. I spoke with Debbie and she was extremely responsive and kind and easy to work with even when I called last minute, she was happy to help me with an appointment for the following day.

my appointment window was 10 to 12, and Debbie called before the window, and Mike arrived five minutes into the window. I’ve never had a service man arrive so promptly and didn’t need any help getting in.

He cleared my sink, was so kind and professional, and finished within 30 minutes. I’m so impressed with this company, highly recommend and will be using them again!

Custom Plumbing was quick, knowledgeable and above all courteous from the receptionist that answered the phone to the technician who fixed the problem. I would most definitely recommend! Price was comparable to other companies but timing is everything and they went above and beyond.
