Getting a leak at the base of your toilet is never ideal, but even less so in the Airbnb on Christmas Eve. I called this morning at about 9, a technician arrived in about an hour, and everything was fixed by noon. The technician was great and the price was not terrifying. I’m so grateful because this could have been a disaster. Definitely putting Buckeye Plumbing on my official house team. Thank you Sarah and Jonathan.
The water shutoff for my house did not work at all. Paul removed the turn knob and put a new handle up and down one on and now I can turn the water off in case of any emergency. Came on time and did excellent work.
