The Sevice and employees are fantastic they also do a very great job cleaning my vehicle. However, they are under new administration/ownership and the new Manager Alex is extremely rude to all his employees and treats them like garbage in front of all the clients. He has no idea how to manage a team. I have witnessed him Micromanaging, being rude, and condescending to the employees. This is not a good look for a manager from a customers viewpoint. I hope the new owners check on their very hard working employees and take care of them. This Manager needs leadership classes ASAP.
I had a really good experience at Palm Beach Auto Spa. Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with, and they took great care of my car. When I picked it up, it was spotless inside and out. They even cleaned a few areas I didn't expect them to.
You can tell they take pride in their work and don't rush through the job. The price was fair, and the quality was worth it. I'll definitely be coming back the next time my car needs detailing. Highly recommend.
