Assisting Hands Home Care is truly the highest standard of care, compassion and customer service that I have ever experienced in this industry. From my very first call, Marina took the time to listen to my story. She understood the hardships being experienced by my father as he cares for my mother who has dementia. She asked great questions to better understand the type of care taker that would be a great fit for them. She came to their home to interview them and see what type of daily care is needed. I highly recommend Assisting Hands Home Care. Our Home Care facilitator, Verna and the owner/administrator, Marina, quickly worked with me an my family to obtain experienced 24 hour home health care aides to facilitate my husband's hospital discharge. The team is professional and experienced. Most importantly, the communication, care, and support from the facilitator is always prompt, professional, and responsive to our needs as they change. We continue work with Assisting Hands as needed and receive the same quality of support and communication. Assisting Hands will be there when you need them!

We love Assisting Hands because they (1) provide excellent caring and proactive home health aides, (2) always have an employee answer the phone (24/7) without using an answering service, and (3) reliably and flexibly meet client needs.
