I had ordered a rug which was delivered in a timely manner. As it turned out, it was the wrong rug. I immediately emailed the company, they checked on my order and sent me the correct rug. Matthew was the representative from start to finish; with no hassle he went above and beyond the call of duty to see that I got the correct order. Thank you Matthew.

We had great service from the whole staff. The order takers were nice, friendly & helpful. We thought we could pick up the day we ordered but we found out that was not true. After talking with several people they arranged for us to pick up our orders & not have to drive the three hours.1 tile was missing & 1 tile was chipped & they remedied that quickly. At the pick up sight everyone was super helpful along with being courteous & super Friendly. Would recommend highly & will use them again. Matthew was great in the whole process as were all that helped.

Great phone staff that walked us through the process of buying from them. Matthew was the bomb. Wonderful sales people that ensured the order was correct. The staff at the warehouse pickup was beyond nice with smiles & willingness to help. They fixed a couple of minor issues with 2 tiles quickly. Can’t say enough about the whole process & this company. We will be ordering & buying more tile from them in the future. Will try to post pics after tile is installed. Great people, product & service. A#1.
