The technician (Cortez Brown) was great, the product was installed and the garage was clean after he left. I only have the product a week but thus far there is a difference in the water quality.

I purchased the whole-home water softening/purification system through Costco. Installation was quick and easy, and the service representative was professional and knowledgeable. They ran into a small problem with my supply line going into my house but that didn’t stop them. They completed the install without having to reschedule or additional cost. The water quality improved immediately. Highly recommend
