I came to the lot with the intention of spending 60-70k on a Bronco today. I asked three different salesman. Each one from one riding golf carts, to one smoking cigarettes to a guy walking around the office told me to go talk someone else to help me. So after standing around for 10min. I left and will go to a different ford dealership

They need to add an option for half star or no star.I bought a truck from here and had it shipped to northern Florida. The whole process was a nightmare. Very poor communication, very slow at what they do, but that's not why I'm posting this.I am posting here today because on arrival of my truck, that they claimed had a 120 point inspection, was dropped off with a snapped off antenna, zip tied driver seat, stickey rear window, driver door that won't close, broken grill, blown shocks, busted cv axle, and literally the rear bumper falling off, I have pictures and videos. I have purchased two Lincolns from this dealership. I have no issue with the sales person. They were not pressuring me and were very professional in the sales process.The service though. Enough that I just sold my Lincoln. My first Lincoln had a transmission leak in 2021. I made arrangements to get it into service and get a loaner. After six weeks I got it back. Six weeks. The service writer never once contacted me to give me an update. At one point I drove to the dealership and tracked him down for him to tell me that this dealership has one transmission service person.
