The technician was knowledgeable, well trained. Pleasant, & got the problem fixed. He left all the other A/C techs that various companies have sent out look the opposite. Another Company installed a very expensive thermostat in our home that required some set up programming by the tech before he left ; and he either didn’t know how to do it or he couldn’t have been bothered to do it. Consequently, we went without heat for 20. Days in the coldest weather S Fl had seen in 40 yrs

Lee did a great job! He was on time, very professional and neat. Best of all, Lee obstained from attempting to sell me additional crap for my HVAC system. I hate it when the repair guys try to muscle you into buying add-on equipment or services.
