My experience at Onyx hair salon was excellent! My Loctician was Keisha which is a beautiful name because my name is Keisha☺️. Keisha took her time with my locs and the outcome was exactly what I wanted! The atmosphere and location of the salon was perfect for me. The other stylist in the salon were very nice . I will most definitely make Onyx my natural hair salon . 10/10 for me!! Keisha your AWESOME!!!

I recently had my hair silk pressed by Whitney and I must say, she did an amazing job! She was extremely gentle with my hair and took great care to ensure that it was not damaged during the process. I was very pleased with the end result and will definitely be returning to her for future hair appointments. Overall, I would highly recommend Whitney to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive hair stylist.

Kayla was a great stylist. She was very gentle and took her time with my hair, maybe too much time. Bantu knot style came out really nice and neat.
Cons: my hair took over 4hrs. The takedown was not as expected. My hair didnt agree with products used and became dry, brittle and itchy not to mention it was coming out in chunks. I ended up putting hair in ponytail.
Pros: stylist and staff are very kind. New location, dont have to fight for parking space. Restaurant next door if you get hungry.
On the fence if I would visit again. I do drive all the way to Hollywood to have my hair done with no issues and need a local salon.
