My eye appointment went very smoothly after I made an appointment and Dr. Backed is very good at what he does. He asked the questions sort of fast but it was understandable and you could tell it was from years of experience. He answered my questions with detailed explanations and I really appreciated it. I wanted to give a shout out to Chester as well! He is so so helpful if you have any questions about their eye exams, frames, contacts, eye insurance eligibility, etc. It can get really busy in here but whenever I talked to Chester he was always welcoming and helpful to helping me. Thank you Chester and Dr. Backes!!

I have been a patient of Dr Backes for many years. He is absolutely the best and most professional optometrist. He is very thorough and a genuinely nice person. The entire staff is also top notch and very friendly.
