“I highly recommend Kelsey from Neon Tree Service. Kelsey is the owner and he’s very meticulous and informative on how he approaches tree cutting/trimming. You can see from the attached images that Kelsey draws on the image exactly where his crew will cut. This is very informative, especially if you work full-time and can’t be present when Kelsey does the quote/consultation. I want to mention that in my case, I have a rubber tree in my neighbor’s front yard that is severely overgrown. You can see in the attached image that the branches are growing towards my roof. My neighbor’s house is owned by a company called American Homes 4 Rent (AMH Homes), which has a reputation for not taking care of their rental properties and renting out to low-income families or college students. Because of this, the rubber tree was not well maintained and severely overgrown. I constantly had to clean the leaves off my gutters and front yard.
You can see from the attached image the before and after result of the work Kelsey’s company provided. All of the branches that were overarching and heading towards my roof is completely gone. Kelsey recommended cutting the branches completely off, which is a long-term solution to the problem. Trimming the branches would only cause it to grow back faster and possibly more out of control. Honestly, the quote to trim the branch vs. cutting it completely off was around the same anyway. The quote also included hauling away all the debris. I’ve spoken to my neighbor a couple times about cutting the tree and he was okay with that it. Considering my neighbor is only renting the property, it should not be a big deal. When Kelsey’s crew was working on cutting the branches, suddenly my neighbor was extremely upset (remember my neighbor is only a renter). There was a misunderstanding because my neighbor didn't understand that we were cutting the branches completely off. Kelsey took the time to talk to my neighbor on the phone and helped calm down the situation. Kelsey helped tremendously by diffusing this tense situation. I also want to mention that Kelsey makes himself available after business hours (after 5 PM) and will always take the time to talk to you on the phone, even when he is at home spending time with his family. He’s very personable and takes the time to explain everything in detail and answers any questions. His crew are also nice and genuine people. Unfortunately, this company lost a lot of their reviews from Google and Kelsey had a hard time getting it back. If you’ve experience good service from Neon Tree Service, then I highly recommend writing a genuine review. The tree looks a lot better and the branches are completely off my property.“

We had them come out and trim some trees, and clear about a quarter acre of palmettos, and they were prompt, reasonably priced, and the work was top-notch. I even gave him a challenge of trying to save a couple small hibiscus trees that had become tangled in the palmetto jungle, and he was able to do it! This work included: removal, stump grinding, and additional tree trimming (not initially discussed at no charge). The clean up was exceptional and truly a professional job.
