I have been going here for over 2 years. The gym itself is relatively clean but the bathrooms are hit or miss. Huge variety of equipment here especially with the remodel- they turned the basketball court into a weight room and moved other equipment around.
The customer service however is truly mediocre. The front desk staff may as well not be getting paid because every single time I walk in they are playing on their phones. When I hand my phone over to scan the code they don’t bother even make eye contact and acknowledge the members. The staff is just a bunch of kids coming in to work to hang out and talk.

I’m writing this review specifically about two recent front desk interactions that were handled very unprofessionally.
I previously had an issue with my account after misplacing my wallet and not being able to locate the original card on file. Management was aware and had given me time to resolve it. The agreement was that once I brought a new card and my ID, we would update everything. I fully understood and respected that.
On an earlier visit, Liz at the front desk addressed the policy in a very dismissive and rude manner. I had no issue with the policy itself — it was the tone and attitude that were unnecessary.
Pretty big, a lot of machines, great pool (a little cold), nica sauna, jacuzzi is the best! But it does cool down. Showers were cool. Nice locker room, good size shower, small bathroom though. Big parking lot. The maneger is nice i think his name has something to do with Angel ou Angelo?
