Not only did they come, but the sent Dennis, who not only did a great job fixing the door, but his knowledge and skill was very impressive. We had a spring break on our double-car garage door and called Howard Garage Doors on a Saturday morning. They were super accommodating and managed to squeeze us into their schedule later that same day, which was a lifesaver!
Dennis showed up that afternoon and was incredibly professional and thorough. He not only fixed the spring but also inspected the whole setup and addressed several other wear-and-tear issues to prevent future problems.
