Went in for a phone battery and a car key fob battery. Manager Jon was very helpful and professional. We chatted about different types of phones and such. I actually learned a few things. Thank you Jon!

I had a key fob that was falling apart and one that just didn't start the car at all. I had never been to a Batteries plus before. I had no idea what it was gonna cost. Fearing the worst I stopped in and was greeted by aaRon. First of all kudos to your company for allowing him to have that on his name tag, (LOVE IT) and second he a was a big help. He fixed my one key fob, made me a new key fob and gave me back my spare key that I could use to unlock my door if necessary. All for a very reasonable cost. The new key fob has been working great and I am super pleased with the craftsmanship and service. Signed. D nice........

Have always had good experience with batteries plus. Went in recently to have 2 mobility scooter batteries tested. Was told they were 2 different batteries. Purchased in Jan 2021. One was deep cycle other low cycle..thank goodness that clerk is no longer with them..The guy this time showed me how to tell difference and gave me a credit as well. I recommend Batteries Plus to anyone needing help with a battery
