I brought in my notebook computer. There were several things wrong. I was locked out by a Lenovo troubleshooting program and didn't have a recovery disk. That was fixed almost immediately.The precipitating incident was a USB to video connection. But I didn't know that. They gave me a backup of the movable files in the computer. And ran diagnostics. It wasn't the battery, which was one candidate, since I left it plugged in for several years. It wasn't the computer. Just the USB to video connection. Definitely happy with the fast, competant, service. The price for service was quite reasonable.
