Called to get electrical work done and the person that answered the phone said they don't do electrical anymore, just doors. No idea what that means but they had just done electrical work here last month. Had a co-worker call back and now a tech is scheduled to come out. Allison A/C serviced and repaired my upstairs and downstairs units this past month. Jeff was very knowledgeable and diagnosed a major issue with the downstairs unit that was not indicated on our home owners inspection. He went above and beyond to help us and even checked on part warranties which saved us tons of money. Kind, professional, knowledgeable, on time, and very responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a/c service.Service: General repairs

I have used Allison extensively, I had several A/C units installed on different properties. They are competitive and prices are reasonable. They are on time and professional. I like the fact they always have the what they need on the truck and get the job done quickly.Service: Install AC
