Patients have consistently praised the excellent service they receive from the clinic's front office staff, who are described as compassionate and professional. The Physician Assistant, Massiel Dos Santos, has also received high praise for her attentive and exceptional care, though it is noted that she is leaving the clinic to pursue a new chapter in her life. The clinic's staff, including Medical Assistant Vivian, have been recognized for their dedication to patient care, though there are concerns that the clinic's management may not be properly taking care of its employees.
After seeing several doctors over a long period without any answers, I am incredibly grateful to have found Laura Gonzalez, APRN. In my first visit, she identified the root of my symptoms. She immediately ordered the right tests and finally confirmed my diagnosis. Her clinical intuition and expertise are unmatched. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physician who truly knows how to listen and diagnose accurately.Also, the front desk team was always attentive, kind, and genuinely willing to help with my appointments, medications, and referrals. Their efficiency and support made the entire process so much smoother.
I am writing this review for the great service that I always get from the front office and theDoctors that I have seen. The PA are the Doctors that I lean mostly to, they are more attention to details on what their patients needs. The ladies in the front are just as Fantastic as the Doctor. They take care of everyone with compassion, professionalism. That is why they also get 5 stars.Thank u ladies don't let rude people change how great you are.
I just want to say that PA Massiel Dos Santos has been great, the best PA by far, the best I’ve come across and hard to match. It’s sad to hear that she is leaving this location to pursue a new chapter in her life, wish her the best. Kudos to the staff that’s hopefully is staying behind, (Vivian). Hopefully the director of this place gets it and hopefully will start taking care of this staff instead of losing them. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because PA Massiel Dos Santos and MA Vivian, They knew how to take care of patients. Let’s see what happens next!!!!
