My experience at TGH was excellent. Did not wait more than 5 minutes to be seen by the medical staff. They were very friendly and thorough. My prescription was faxed directly to the pharmacy of my choice which cut down the wait time at the pharmacy. I would definitely return if i had any medical issues.
This is my prefer urgent care clinic for 4 years now and even though I got urgent care clinics 5 mins from my house, I rather go here 40 mins away.I went yesterday with asthma issues and they was top notch with my asthma getting in control.They are professional, great staff and always get great care with no issues and on time service plus they are super clean place. I feel better today, no complaints here.
This is the place to go in Wesley Chapel for urgent care. Seriously! Very professional, caring, and accomodating. Immaculate, spacious exam rooms. Receptionist told me how many people were ahead of me, as well as how many staff members were available. Wait was minimal, less than what she predicted. I have been to two other urgent cares in the area, and this is, by far, the best. I won't go anywhere else now. Kudos to TGH!
