This was my very first house buying experience. Tina (Nanci) walked me through every process, was very responsive to text messages emails and phone calls; usually responding or returning messages within minutes. I was kept thoroughly informed of the process every step of the way. The process went so smoothly we were able to close a week earlier than originally scheduled. I like to mention an interesting experience; I originally had an offer on one house, but the inspection showed too many flaws for me to want to continue with that purchase. I told Tina about a house a block away that I was interested in. She got the address and within minutes had access. We went in, looked at it and that’s the house I wound up buying. Talk about service on a silver platter 😊
