I just brought a couple of dresses to McNatt's for the first time, and I thought they were great. One of my dresses - a more-formal wedding guest dress from years ago - was littered with stains from various moves over the years. After two quick treatments at McNatt's (one of them free), this dress has never looked better. I thought they were speedy, communicative, fairly priced, and very professional. I'll definitely use them for my dry cleaning needs again.

I dropped off my dress that had a grease spot from food I dropped on it months beforehand. I had put baby powder over the grease spot to help soak it up. They marked the spot with tape and told me they would do their best. The dress was done in 24 hrs and there is no evidence of any spot. They did have trouble finding my dress when we came to pick it up. They had the wrong name on my dress and it didn't match the ticket they gave me. We finally got that cleared up and I got my dree back and it was spotless!

I have been going to this McNatt's for a few years now and have had a great experience as a customer. I've had no issues previously, but last week I turned a shirt and a few pairs of dress pants in and they were supposed to be ready the next day after 5pm, which I needed done for a conference down in Naples. Unfortunately, they weren't ready as TECO cut off power to one of their facilities, but Tiffany made it right and apologized sincerely for the issue. She and the others remember their regular customers and are always very friendly. They have earned my continued business.
