You guys floating is magical. This was mu second time at the Florida float spa and I keep forgetting how amazing the benefits are. I went in with aches and pains and soreness all over. I did the 60mn float. I could feel the difference as soon as I stepped out of the pod. I have a toddler at home and he makes me run around all the time. This was such a treat to myself. #treatyourself

Absolutely love this spa. the floating pots are in a private room perfectly equipped with a full bathroom, there is so much space to change and get ready before and after the floating experience. I also loved the Sauna so relaxing and customizable.
I gotta mention they had plenty of clean towels and delicious shampoo with aroma therapy they also offered my husband and I a rub to get to the Sauna and Pots after our deep tissue massage. Ashley was absolutely fantastic at the massage.
My husband and I loved our experience so much that he got the floating membership.
Definitely recommend Florida Float Spa for recovery and relaxation. Floating was weightless, very relaxing and relieved pressure from sore muscles and joints. With zero sensory distractions it’s a stress free experience. I also really enjoyed the warm PEMF mat after the floating session. As a first time visitor I really appreciated Max, the owner, walking me through the process and explaining the benefits and how to get the most out of the session. The facility is new, very clean with a calming atmosphere.
