At my first visit, I went to get relaxer retouch. After my hair consultation Crystal said I didn't need a retouch as I didn't have enough new growth. Plus my hair showed signs of being over processed. She said to give a chance to show me that my hair can be soft and straight without a retouch. I tell you, she did not disappoint. My hair looked and felt like I had gotten a fresh relaxer. She is also very professional, patient, knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be going back.
When I first came to crystal I was scared of hair dressers I thought they were all scissor happy people who hated long hair but crystal knew how to soothe me and convince me that it was dead hair that was not healthy she treated my hair with love and now it’s flourishing I get compliments everywhere I go.

The first time Crystal and I met I was struggling with a dry bird’s nest on the top of my head. It was so brittle and damaged all I could think to do was to shave it and start over. I tried lots of products and the basics like water but I was left with major frustration. It was disappointing because I’ve hit a milestone with my age and was seeking something elegant to rock for this next journey in life. Meeting Crystal was the best thing that could’ve happened to me.
