Overall very happy with my service advisor and quality of workmanship. Had oil & filter, 4 new tires, 4 wheel alignment, both differential fluid exchange, brake fluid flush, and valet. Only issue was limited on using dealership coupons. Could only use two. Saved $600, but missed out on another $100 worth of coupons. Sales tax calculated before coupons applied. Still will return to BMW of Wesley Chapel for service.
It was my first time at this BMW service center and I am very satisfied with the level of attention and professionalism from the service advisor. Patrick was very attentive and provided me with the information I needed to make decisions about servicing my 2012 M3. In regards to the work done on my M3, It felt like I was driving a new car after the service. We replaced all 4 tires, alignment, spark plugs and updated the software. The diagnosis video was very helpful to understand the current condition of the car and what work might be required down the road.
BMW of Wesley Chapel did a great job on recent recall (starter replacement).The appointment was quick and they didn’t try to over sell me on additional services . Great overall experience.
