I waited for a month for a screen repair job which costs $600.00 to be completed. Three months later, five of the six replaced screens came loose. I called Screen Builders four times and emailed twice. No response. I paid another company to clean up the mess. Their screener informed me that the screener who had done the job for Screen Builders originally used spline which was too small, which caused my problem. Finally, I did get a call back from Screen Builders. The salesman said, "I told you we were busy." Yes, evidently too busy to do the job right in the first place and too busy to correct substandard work. I am waiting for the final screen to come loose. One more repair and this bad experience will be over.A Disappointed Customer

NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They lie they cheat all the way after signing contract!!! DO NOT TRUST THERE SALES REP JIM!!!! He lies lies lies!!!! We have waited 6 months in which they told us 4 months to put up a screen porch. We received 3 quotes from 3 different companies and decided to go with this company because they were in business for 40 years. BIG MISTAKE!!!! We were quoted for heavy duty screening (cat protection) but unfortunately what they said and what they wrote in there contract are two different things and unfortunately we trusted them and didn’t review the contract as well as we should have. Oh yeah, call them, explain what your looking to get done. They will do exactly what they did to me, never return a phone call. I even tried to reach back out and remind them I was waiting on a follow-up, and I still could not get a callback.In the end, I would not recommend them. Just think, if you cant get an initial call back, what do you think will happen when they start the job or they butcher the job and you need them to come back out?
