PMI performed a complete gut/renovation of my condo; kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living space. They did exceptional work on every aspect – flooring, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, tile and finishing. They were always professional and took obvious pride in their work. In addition, PMI took responsibility for permitting, working with my HOA, and being my advocate with unrelated vendors. They provided sound advice on dealing with issues identified with prior work and immediately addressed open items.
