First and foremost the customer service is a 10/10. I called with a rare request a tent cleaning. Raphael was more than helpful, inspecting the tent and letting me know what my options are. Get this, instead of cash grabbing out of me, he recommended at home treatments before I spent $100+ at this shop. I appreciate a business that puts customers over themselves. 10/5 ⭐️. I HIGHLY recommend no joke, they got my dress done in about a week, very professional work and it came out barely over $100. Got my dress taken in at the hip and cut shorter. Great service aswell Raphael at the front desk is very helpful
