I have started training at ncognito 3 times a week and have seen great results. All the trainers (CJ, Will and Phil) do a fantastic job. They are highly skilled and also give everyone personal attention and will make modifications and adjustments based on physical limitations. Isabella is an amazing massage therapist and I highly recommend getting a massage from her. The stretching at the end of every workout helps keep me injury free. I highly recommend Marcus and ncognito!
Marcus and his trainers are knowledgeable and approachable for clients of all fitness levels. The equipment is in great condition and the gym is always clean. The added benefit of having skilled massage therapists at the same location makes Ncognito a "one stop shop" for my fitness needs.
