This was my third infusion of an IL 6 inhibitor at this facility. The infusion nurse was friendly, competent, patient and all around awesome and my wait time was almost nonexistent. Infusion went well BP, O2 Sats we’re checked periodically and I was able to get out on time for my next appointment. Excellent staff and an excellent facility. Thank You!

This was m first time going there . The staff were inviting and professional. You get your own private room with a TV if you choose to put it on . Based on my interaction with the front desk and nurse who took care of me , I would highly recommend this office.

I’ve been a patient at IVX health for a little less than a year. Everyone has been pretty accommodating, punctual and professional. However, My last visit was a bit uncomfortable and concerning due to the fact that it took a very long time to get my IV in, so long that a second person had to come in and assist. Additionally, I don’t respond well to Benadryl and although they were kind enough to dilute it and give it to me slowly, I felt I should’ve stayed longer after the medication was administered instead of leaving the office right away. I found it very odd, especially since that had been the case during all of my previous visits. I had to operate a vehicle afterwards and was extremely light headed and dizzy from the medication. Hoping my next visit will be a much better experience!

I am so glad I switched to IVX for my infusions! So much nicer than a stark medical facility. Private rooms, TVs , refreshments - and courteous, professional and sanitary. Great experience for my 3 hour infusion

My first experience with IVX Health Infusion Center went perfectly. They took me as soon as I arrived, although I was early and explained their process and timeline. My IV was started without incident and their concern for my comfort was heartwarming. I would recommend them to everyone.
