Been using this wonderful company for over 3 months.....great customer service either by phone or email....Heather is very polite and professional....my regular pool tech Jose is awesome.....other members of the team who have cleaned the filter on short notice also fantastic....highly recommend!!

Had an issue with one of the actuators of my pool. From aThe first call with Heather Knowles, she was very informative and professional. Within four day a technician came over and replaced it. The response, professionalism, and pleasant attitude is hard to find. Thank you Horizon Pools

Horizon re did our pool & spa re-surfacing with new tile added and a spillway from spa to pool - working alongside Pup Pavers (see photos). Jesse was a pleasure to deal with and couldn't be more helpful. He frequently rode the long distance from Wellington to Jupiter to show us samples or help us with a decision. They were on time and a good price for quality work. I think this is a family business, so he has a vested interest in making sure the service is A+. His team were efficient, friendly, polite and fast (very important when the plaster is drying and has to be in place effectively). We had a small issue with the (step) tile guy and Jesse took care of things immediately....read full review
