Madeleine is the only reason I drive all the way to this location. She is the most knowledgeable, excellent and caring—her facials are the best I have found. She’s a gem. I cannot recommend her enough.

An 80 min massage with Maria is a little bit of heaven, especially after traveling. She addressing any issues that need extra attention and really gets into the achy muscles. I’m so grateful for her!

June update - Came back because the manager had fixed the situation and yet again more issues. Front desk is completely untrained. I was showing them my cancellation confirmation and they're trying to charge me for it even though it's cancelled. Also they tell you that you have massage credits available when you don't and then try to charge you when you go in for service. So so so awful. Front desk needs serious training on system and the way they handle clients.
In February I Scheduled a couples massage here and they cancelled our appointments! Never told us. We both confirmed via email and text, showed up to the appointment after having to schedule a babysitter and make arrangements for a week to go to this appointment and we show up and we're not scheduled and they told us there's nothing they can do. Save you energy, go to Massage Envy. Nothing but bad experiences here!!
