When my husband and I were purchasing a home in West Palm Beach our agent referred us to Rick, the owner. He performed the inspection himself and was extremely thorough. He told us he would evaluate the house as he would if his daughter was buying it herself, and that’s what his work product felt like.Also his report format is much easier to digest than others we’ve seen in the past, which can tend to include 40+ pages of boilerplate disclaimers not specific to the property. Rick is an outstanding home inspector! He inspected two properties on my behalf, one of which I bought. Thorough report with pictures provided same day of service. He is honest, professional, pleasant, and definitely has his client’s best interests at heart.
