John Steitz prepared a 4 pt. Inspection Report and Wind Mitigation Report for me a few years ago. He was on time, available at different times and dates and did an awesome job. I needed him again recently and I wanted to write this review as he is a very nice and professional person. I HIGHLY recommend John for all your inspection needs. It is very hard to find people like John these days. I will obviously use his services again and again!!! Thank you John!!!
I recently had three inspections performed by John, JRS Inspections. 2 were commercial warehouses for a client purchasing them and the 3rd was my house for a 4 point inspection and wind mitigation. John was on time and had already done his homework in regard to the roofs, electrical, permitting etc for the warehouses before the inspection occurred. He used a drone to photograph and point out possible defects on the roof. He scoured the buildings for any potential hazards from top to bottom. I had preliminary reports within hours and full detailed reports by the next day. Overall great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend JRS Inspections for all… read full review
A few years ago because of John's thorough and detailed inspection I was prevented from buying a house with severe structural damage. And this is why i always call on him to do my wind medigation or any type on inspection needed. He is very professional and dependable and very reasonable. I recommend 100%.
