They are a great company that is always there to help. They always respond very quick, from sunrise to after business hours. I am new to living in a camper and they are so willing to answer alol my questions and educate me in any way they can. Since I travel a lot for work, their same day appointments are great for someone with a busy schedule or who needs services last minute.

I was having serious issues with my septic tank backing up and honestly was so frustrated. I called a bunch of companies in the area and most of them were either too busy, didn’t answer, or wanted to charge just to come out and give an estimate.
I got a recommendation for DuraDrain and from the first call it was a totally different experience. They answered right away, came out fast, gave me an estimate without charging, and actually fixed the problem.

I called and told them what I needed, Chris messaged me shortly after and Joaquin was on his way. Same day and speedy service, Joaquin was awesome and fast and got the septic tank pumped and highly recommend him!
