I am in love with this studio, with a diversity of the exercises & equipment utilized in each unique class! I was a member of another near by studio, where literally every work out even taught by different instructors, was exactly the same, super boring with loud music, bright lights and a very little usage of available tools. This pilates studio is completely opposite. The environment is also very pleasant, which helps to set up my mind to try my best. The schedule is very convenient & I have no problem getting into my favorite classes ( it's not always overbooked like in the other studio). There are many great instructors. Yves is one of their best instructors. She’s extremely knowledgeable, courteous and gently helps you with form which is essential for building one’s confidence. Her classes are challenging which makes you want to work hard. I’m glad she’s part of the staff.

I love the Wellington Club Pilates - it is a nice reset after sitting all day at work and has really enhanced my equitation with the horses. The instructors are wonderful and always push you to keep going and maintain the correct form (shoutout to Tammie, Christine & Kat!) My favorite class is Tammie’s 1.5 control class - it is a workout but fun at the same time, the energy is always great.
