“As a communication major at an art school who specializes in speaking, I genuinely can not find the words to express the professionalism and amount of relief I feel from what felt like 2 1/2 minutes.

At the beginning of the procedure, Dr Randy took the time to carefully assess each area I mentioned—verbally walking me through every movement he made—and he somehow was able to point out muscles and tell me exactly what I felt in them without me even knowing they existed. At this point, he touched every muscle in my body that ever I’ve felt pain in from being a travel athlete and could describe to me my pain even better than I could. I remember a specific part better than any other which was when he felt my occipital muscles—I didn’t know they existed until he showed me I have pain in them—and explained exactly why I feel how I do physically.

Then, he adjusted me. After he figured out exactly what was wrong in my body and why it was like that, he twisted my neck in numerous ways until he found the angle he was looking for. When he adjusted me, my neck shattered into relief. I’ve never been able to authentically say my soul left my body until today. After, the occipital muscles I mentioned earlier had no pain at all. And still, he explained everything perfectly, maintained professionalism, small talk exchanging stories, and recommended exactly what I should do to get better. “I have been waiting a bit to post this review but feel the need to share in case I can help someone else.
I have bulging disc at L4 L5 as well as joint arthritis in multiple areas of my back. I have been to pain management and had injections, I have done PT and been to orthopedic. I have been suffering for a few years until recently I was referred to Disc Centers of America in Wellington. Dr. Kaplan sat with me at my consult visit and went over my MRI problem by problem. He said he thought I would benefit from disc decompression. I have had almost 20 treatments and have to say that my pain went from a 9 to a zero. I would not have believed it if I did not experience it myself. The decompression along with laser treatments have helped me so much, and I am an incredibly grateful for this office and the kindness that they have shown me. Drs.
