I was visiting my 87 year old Mom in Florida and the fan went out on her AC unit. Big Air Mechanical (BAM) responded to her call before office hours, assessed the problem before noon and the part was replaced and the AC running before 3:30pm. Thanks to the office and the installers (Brett and Michael). FANTASTIC service post sale.

Big Air Mechanical is a top notch company that does a great job not only at meeting your needs but exceeds in expectations. Starting at the initial call level, the office manager, Elayney, is remarkable and is extremely organized and efficient. Also is a great communicator. Such a pleasure to work with. As for the owner, Ward, another great down to earth type of person that will do anything he can in his power to get you up and running. As the the technicians, Brett and Golden are truly great individuals and super polite. Works so well with different generations and always seem to have a smile on their face doing so. Overall a true 10/10 company. Recommend them to anyone.

Big Air Mechanical has managed to keep our 20 year old unit plugging along while we’re saving for a new unit. Elayney is responsive and very communicative and Brett is always prompt and gets right to the bottom of the issue.
