Everyone was extremely professional from the front deck, through out the visit. Dr Lee, was professional and compassionate. She always explains everything and listen to our questions and answers each one. 😊
You can tell the staff genuinely loves animals and takes their jobs seriously. They handle pets confidently and calmly. After a bad experience elsewhere where my cat was restrained with an extremely tight muzzle, I immediately noticed the difference here. They know what they’re doing, and they’re not rough or careless.
We came in during a really stressful week with multiple issues going on (one cat extremely ill, and my senior cat dealing with a messy UTI). We had a great first experience with Dr. Dew and his staff! Dr. Dew was very thorough when examining our Westie - he listened and was very responsive to our needs. His tech is very knowledgable and the office admins at the front were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
