I broke off a pipe while removing it and the threads were stuck inside near the flow switch. Hunter came out and made my day. He had it completely repaired in about 20-30 minutes. I will call him again when I need help with my well system. Very reasonable and professional.

Putnam just replaced my pressure tank on my well, this expose another issue a leak in the system. They came back to check the issue and installed a ball valve so that they could identify where the issue was located. They discovered that it was in one of the discharge lines. The ball valve and the investigation were all done so I would know where the leak was and could decide how to proceed. They would not let me pay them for the extra work or parts. That is what I call customer service. They are a great company that cares about their community. Thanks guys you are the best.
