I had such a wonderful experience with Courtney! She was so pleasant, professional, and really took her time educating me on different procedures. The front desk staff was also absolutely amazing. Very polite and welcoming.

I have been coming here for years as a local, but will be finding a new spa. Scheduled an appointment Friday for a 80 min deep tissue on Monday. Like most of us who plan “spa days”, I took off work and rearranged my schedule.. I got there and they told me I didn’t have an appointment.. Non apologetic staff.. writing this review in hopes staff won’t do this to others. This is the second time in 5 years it has happened to me at this spa.

I have always been hesitant about fillers and Botox, and the staff at White Orchid made my choice to to go ahead and pull the trigger so comforting. Very quick to respond to all my questions, and talked me through it every step of the way. The outcome was amazing, and beautiful. Needless to say I've went back twice, and will be going back for more! ❤️
