From start to finish this is by far one of the best experiences I've had at an accountant's office! Jennifer at the front desk is Customer Service personified and Chris is tops! She took her time, explained the whys and wherefores (without boggling my brain) and made the whole experience pain-free. I think that's the most you can say about getting your taxes done!
