All around a fantastic gym - lots of space, tons of equipment and a great vibe. Rob & Wendy are super knowledgeable, experienced and welcoming. Perfect spot to drop-in while visiting Vero - always a great workout!

I have been to Vero Strength many times for group class and Olympic lifting sessions. It is a Five star gym because of the professionalism and knowledge of the owners and trainers. The people that workout here are very friendly easy going people with motivation to be healthy. The facility is full of quality equipment that is maintained at very high standards. They offer multiple daily classes, individual training and the best nutrition planning for a healthy lifestyle. They can help someone rehab from an injury, lose weight, get stronger, avoid injury…all of which can impact mental health, overall well-being and quality of life.

I dropped in for a few days over the holidays. Very knowledgeable and welcoming coaches! Huge space with all you could need for a workout. Highly recommend if you're passing by or considering a new home.
