I dropped in for a few days over the holidays. Very knowledgeable and welcoming coaches! Huge space with all you could need for a workout. Highly recommend if you're passing by or considering a new home.
I've been dropping in at Vero Strength + Conditioning for years and I always have a great experience. The gym is beautiful and has a large open space. The coaches are very friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. I would highly recommend Vero Strength + Conditioning to anyone looking for a great place to work out, especially if you're a drop-in.
Decided to do a drop in while in town. Beat my expectations by far. Beautiful gym with large open space. Also coaches are very friendly welcoming and encouraging. Will definitely be back :)
