I just had mulch put down.I have never seen such a messBefore I was able to inspect, the men pulled away. They knew it was wrong so off they went like a bat out of hell.Last week tropical trimmed my bushes they never cleaned out what fell. They mulched over cut branches and leaves.I will NEVER hire them for anything.Unfortunately, the community I live in has hired tropical to maintain our lawns so I have no control over the HOA.No way am I going to pay for this mess.Good thing I have my lawyer on retainer.Don’t waste your money.

I am so grateful to have found Stacy Montoya and John Canard. I currently have them on two of my properties and they are a great team. I live in a Gated Community/HOA. This lawn care is the worst I have ever seen. They scalp the lawns. There are ruts throughout the yard. And when the turn their mowers, they turn them on the sprinklers. I have to then, fixed the sprinklers. They blow all the cut grass towards your house. The garage door and front doors have grass clippings even after the blow off the clippings. I have pavers for the the driveway and they have blown all the sand away in the cracks. Now my pavers are moving. I have now bought a lawn mower to mow it myself and when I had called the supervisor, I told him under no circumstances do I want them on my property. Well, apparently they don't understand. We also have damage to the stucco on the house. Damage to the gutters. Terrible service.
