Hair type: My hair length is almost at my waist. Thick frizzy. I like it flat ironed. She is excellent at doing so. Highlights every few months and roots colored every four weeks.

Alexa at Tidal Hair Loft fixed my hair after I grew out an awful haircut from a different salon. She did exactly what I asked for and was so fun to talk to throughout the experience.
